Dogs on the beach
In the summer the beach is prohibited for dogs. This prohibition is effective between the 15th of May and 15th of September between 07.00 and 19.00. Outside of these hours the dog owner must be aware that dog must be kept on a leash at all times (also in the evening hours!), and any mess must be cleaned up immediately.
Where are dogs allowed? From the car park "De Kuil" which is the larger of the two parking places, follow the signs "hondenuitlaatroute", in the direction of Katwijk. The fist time tyou can accesss the beach on the left hand side, you walk up the slope, and down onto the beach. Dog may run free here between beach pole HP 91 and HP 92 ( which is in the direction of Katwijk).
